UKK’s Food and Beverage department is the heart of the building and consists of a restaurant, kitchen and several bars. We deliver everything from today’s lunch and afternoon coffee to break service, artist service and large banquet dinners for up to 850 guests. Your role
As a maître d’, you are a key part of our business. You are responsible for daily operations, service quality and sales. You are present on the floor, coaching your team and ensuring that every guest has a professional and memorable experience – from first impression to last detail. The role also means that you have an administrative responsibility, drive project planning linked to the restaurant’s activities and events and coordinate the evacuation organization in the event of evacuation of the building as the role Evacuation Manager.
As part of the event and meeting industry, times and conditions can sometimes change late in the process, we are therefore looking for you who are flexible, take overall responsibility and stay until the work is done and the guest has received a complete experience.

- Experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel, conference or banquet operations. Experience working with scheduling and project management would be an advantage

Employment conditions
Form of employment: Temporary employment (January-December 2026) with good opportunities for extension.
Scope: 100%. Work in the evenings and weekends occurs frequently.
