Reception and Ticket Office
- Monday: closed
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Friday–Sunday: Closed
The ticket office opens 1.5 hours before all ticketed events. The ticket office phone service is available during the opening hours listed above at 018-727 90 00.
Summer hours:
The reception desk will be closed from June 19 to August 10. During this period, the ticket office will be available by phone during opening hours on June 23–25 and June 30, at 12-16.

- Friday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: open only in connection with events
Summer hours:
From June 19 to August 10, the house is open only during events.
