Furnishing

Standard furnishing is long tables, but of course we can adapt the furnishing to your wishes.

Table Setting

Our standard table setting includes – in addition to what is needed to eat and drink – luxurious paper napkins and candles on the tables. The napkins are Swan-labeled and FSC-certified. The standard color is white with a light gray pattern. If another color is desired, this can of course be arranged. The candles are either tea lights and/or block candles. Our banquet tables are white. Linen tablecloth is an optional extra. The price for linen tablecloth per cover can be found in the quotation proposal. If you want any other decoration on the table, e.g. flowers, this can be ordered either through us or through your own contacts.

Our Menus

Good food and drinks are a given accessory for important meetings and events! With us, the food is always something extra. Our ambition is that the food, drinks and service will frame your experiences in the house and strengthen the overall impression for all guests. We work actively with sustainability and the environment, our various dinner menus are designed to suit your specific wishes.

On our dinner and party menus, there are three options for starters, main courses and desserts.

Please note that if your booking is further in the future, the menu portfolio that applies to the current date may not yet be ready. The menus on the page then show how our menus are designed and what types of dishes we offer.

Special Diet

We do our best to accommodate requests for special diets due to allergies or medical reasons. We also accommodate requests for gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and vegetarian diets. If special diets are desired for various diet models or according to personal preferences, a cost will be added to the invoice for the current booking.

For all our dinners, we make menus that are placed between covers on the table. The menus inform the guest whether the food contains or is free from lactose, milk protein, gluten, eggs and nuts, as well as which drink is served. In Hall D, we have a digital screen on the wall where the evening’s menu is presented.

At Uppsala Concert & Congress, there are many different venues that are suitable for all types and sizes of dinners and parties. The cover price includes venue hire, serving staff, standard table setting and cleaning.

Beverage Menu

Our drinks menu includes soft drinks, beer and wine. The various drinks are designed to suit our various menus. Our different types of beer come from local breweries and our house wines are organic.

Non-alcoholic beverage package includes a glass of sparkling wine for welcome drink, a glass of wine or beer for the starter and a glass of wine or beer with refill for the main course.

Beverage Package Standard includes a glass of sparkling wine for welcome drink, a glass of wine or beer for the starter and a glass of wine or beer with refill for the main course.

Beverage Package Premium includes a glass of Champagne for welcome drink, a glass of wine or beer for the starter and a glass of wine or beer with refill for the main course. – In this beverage package, we serve slightly finer wines selected by our sommelier adapted to your menu selection.

At UKK there are several venues and foyers in which it is very suitable to serve welcome drinks. If you wish us to have bar/bars where guests can buy their own drinks, either for the after-party or during the dinner itself, that’s fine. We have several mobile bars that we can build up in desired places and adapt the range according to your wishes. Keep in mind that all alcohol found in the facility that has not been ordered via UKK will be confiscated, as alcohol legislation does not allow own brought alcohol in our premises.

Other

We can build a stage, rig technology and give you tips on entertainment and contacts. The technology needs vary depending on the type of entertainment. At UKK there is all the technology that may be needed for entertainment, DJs and after parties. The price of technology and e.g. stage construction is offered on request.

Wardrobe

The wardrobe is located on the ground floor (one floor down). There are 80 hangers with locks and 170 lockable cabinets. For large groups, we recommend staffed wardrobe which is charged per hour. In the quotation proposal you will see the estimated number of hours and price. The total price can be determined when the program and the number of participants are clear.

Security Guard

Security guard/-s is a mandatory additional cost for evening events or when serving alcohol at UKK. UKK assesses how many security guards should be on duty. Guards are paid for by the customer and hired by UKK. Security guard is charged per hour. In the quotation proposal you will see the estimated number of hours and price. The total price can be determined when the program and the number of participants are clear.

For the best customer experience, UKK may, in agreement with the customer, need to adjust the schedule and entertainment due to other activities at UKK on the current day.
