About the Performance

Kulturfrukost at UKK is a meeting place for cultural actors and those interested in culture in Uppsala – and for those interested in collaborating with the cultural sector in the city. Representatives from both public and private cultural life and from the business community meet here to make contacts, network and share insights and discuss the opportunities and challenges of culture.

In 2026, each Cultural Breakfast will have a theme, with expert guests exploring and discussing topical issues with participants.

Today’s theme: A cultural life – for and with everyone?

With a focus on representation, language, accessibility and safety, we discuss how culture can reach more people and reflect the entire population of the municipality and the region.

09.00 – 09.30 Open stage/local culture in progress

Coffee will be provided. Breakfast sandwiches are on sale.

Presented by UKK in collaboration with Uppsala Municipality’s Culture, Sports and Leisure Administration and Region Uppsala’s Culture and Education Administration.
