Purchase & Delivery Terms

It is your responsibility as a customer to verify that your shopping cart contains the correct items before completing your order. You are also obligated to provide correct information so that we can guarantee delivery of your order.

Personal information you provide is handled with respect and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, GDPR). Read more about our handling in UKK’s privacy policy.

When purchasing tickets, you are asked to provide certain personal information. This is never shared with third parties and is only used for UKK’s own statistical purposes, for contact in the event that an event is canceled, and for your purchase security.

Listed prices include VAT. Currency is displayed in the web shop. We reserve the right for possible price increases, VAT adjustments, printing errors, pricing errors, clearance sales, inventory errors, etc.

A ticket or item that has already been sent to you is not affected by any increase or decrease in price that occurs after the order date, for example in the form of sales, campaigns, discount codes, or changes in pricing.

If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain guardian approval to enter into agreements via the internet. If you are 16 years old or older and have earned the money yourself, this does not apply. Tickster and UKK reserve the right to contact guardians of ticket purchasers under 18 years old. If you have not obtained guardian approval, we cannot guarantee that your purchase is valid.

Contact UKK’s ticket office and we will help you find your ticket. Please note that it must be the customer who made the purchase who contacts us for us to be able to send out a new ticket. In some cases, we will ask you to identify yourself with identification.

A lost ticket cannot be redeemed. The Distance Selling Act’s rules on right of withdrawal do not apply according to the same law when purchasing event tickets. Once payment has been made, you are therefore bound by your purchase. When purchasing tickets, you may be able to customize your experience through choices and additions for certain events.

Your choices and any additions constitute part of your ticket purchase and are covered by the rules for ticket purchases. Shipping costs, service fees, postage, and other charges are not refundable.

You are responsible for checking that the event has not been canceled or postponed. For postponed events, your purchased ticket is valid for the new date. If an event is canceled or postponed, we ask that you contact UKK within 30 days with your request for a refund.

For canceled or postponed events, service fees, postage, and other charges paid in connection with the ticket purchase are not refunded. If you have provided a correct mobile number and/or email address at purchase, UKK will also inform you of major changes regarding your event.

UKK via Tickster reserves the right to cancel orders made by you if you do not provide correct information about yourself or otherwise violate or attempt to circumvent the terms that apply to the order.

This applies, among other things, if you book or purchase more tickets than permitted or if you resell purchased tickets in violation of the terms that apply to the ticket purchase. These terms include ticket purchases for speculative purposes, i.e., purchasing tickets in significant volume with the intention of selling them for profit. Tickets purchased for obviously speculative purposes may be blocked by the organizer or Tickster without prior notice, and these tickets thereby become unusable and worthless.
