The piano phenomenon hits the road with 40 years of music, memories and world tours under his belt. In an intimate and personal performance, you will experience piano classics, boogie-woogie and anecdotes from the big breakthrough of the 1980s and the international concert scenes.

About the Performance

Join us on the whole journey through 40 years of unrivaled piano music! From the start in 1986 with Lill Babs on TV, Svensktoppen and Melodifestivalen, on to folk park tours and the long-standing collaboration with Charlie Norman. Then came the TV hit “Så ska det låta” and Scandinavia’s longest-running concert hit Rhapsody in Rock, which has also toured the USA, China and England.

Add to that several gold and platinum awards for records and, as the crowning glory, the King’s Medal in 2012 for many years of entrepreneurship and artistry.

Now this unique career is celebrated intimately and close to the audience, with the jubilant Robert Wells at the piano together with his trio and Maria Wells. It will be an evening filled with classical music, humor and anecdotes, as well as hard swinging jazz and boogie-woogie – of course. In addition, there will be brand new music released in connection with the tour.

After a successful spring with sold-out houses, the tour continues in the fall of 2026, when Robert Wells hits the road again with 40 years of music, memories and world tours in the luggage. Don’t miss the anniversary concert at UKK on October 18, 2026!
