After a series of sold-out concerts both in Sweden and abroad, it is once again time for A Tribute to Dire Straits to hit the road. In October 2026, an autumn tour awaits with stops at selected scenes in northern and central Sweden, and on October 11, UKK gets ready to be filled with timeless guitar loops, musical precision and that obvious warmth that has become the band’s signature.

“Mark Knopfler’s and Dire Strait’s treasure trove of songs is simply timeless, and it’s a joy every time we get to meet the audience with it. We are incredibly grateful for the loyal audience that follows us and who, just like us, can’t seem to get enough,” says Totte Rajamäki, the band’s lead singer.

The evening will feature two generous sets of around 60 minutes, with the band interpreting the best of Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits’ iconic repertoire. Audiences can expect classics like “Sultans of Swing”, “Brothers in Arms”, “Walk of Life”, “Romeo and Juliet”, “Tunnel of Love” and “Money for Nothing”, mixed with other well-known favorites.

This is more than a tribute. It is a full evening where feeling, craftsmanship and joy of playing take place and where the audience can experience the music as it should sound: close, genuine and with full energy.
