About the Performance

She has won “Förrädarna”, accepted a Vasalopp challenge from Gunde Svan in “Mot alla odds” and dated football stars on TV. Comedian, presenter and Tiktok sensation Kaeli Abdi is now Kaeli with the Swedish people, and this fall she will be presenting her own comedy show for the first time – “Påskkärringen”.

– People have called me Easter Bunny all my life, trying to be funny. Now that I’m going to be funny myself, it feels fitting that I get to own the word,” says Kaeli

– I am so excited! I feel like I’m going out to meet my friends around Sweden. Many people have followed me for a long time on social media, so now I finally get to laugh together in real life with my internet friends,” says Kaeli.

In her first show of her own, Kaeli will mix the worlds where she comes from.

– ‘The Easter Bunny’ is a humorous show about my childhood, the people I grew up with, the ‘Swedish’ world and the ‘immigrant’ world. I find it most fun to joke about the things we share together – family, cultural clashes and relationships,” says Kaeli.
