Summer Jazz
Summer Jazz featuring some of Uppsala’s most exciting young jazz musicians—presented by the Uppsala Jazz Club.
On July 3, Joel Oscarsson Löwgren and his trio will perform at Sommar på UKK. He will be joined by Pontus Bornelind on piano and Kalle Ljungholm on drums. The three Uppsala-born musicians have developed a close musical rapport and draw inspiration from Ahmad Jamal’s trio from the 1950s and 1960s. Expect innovative piano trio arrangements, playfulness, and a great groove!
