In December, Uppsala Concert & Congress and Cirkus Cirkör invite you to an exclusive dinner show filled with breathtaking acts, warm humor and sensational flavors. Perfect for companies, colleagues, family gatherings or groups of friends!
On stage are some of Northern Europe’s finest circus artists – and at the table you will enjoy a luxurious five-course menu with everything that belongs to Christmas. For those booking for their company, there is also the opportunity to begin the evening with pre-dinner drinks and your own mingling area before dinner and show.

The opening of a taste performance in five acts
Första serveringen: Tre sorters sill på kanapé
Appetizing opening on rye bread, crispy crispbread and culinary creativity
- Matjes herring on butter-fried rye bread with potato, cured egg yolk, brown butter, lemon and sour cream
- Mustard herring with apple and calvados, confit potato with dill flavor and pickled red onion
- Fried pickled Baltic herring
Andra serveringen: Trio med ägg, ost och fläsk
A taste circus where smokiness, acidity and saltiness perform somersaults together
- Egg and salmon tartare with shrimp, roe and dill crème
- Tartlet with Västerbotten cheese, mushroom and pickled onion
- Terrine of warm-smoked pork belly and shoulder in port wine, with sauerkraut mayonnaise and fried onion
Tredje serveringen: Jansson i ny scenkostym
Interlude with hearty flavor and modern twist
- Potato croquette with anchovy and Västerbotten cheese, served with homemade sausage, dill oil and whipped sour cream
The First Three Courses are Accompanied by Crispbread with Cheese Crème.

Perfect balancing act to golden tones
- Butter-fried arctic char with confit egg yolk, crispy pork belly, baked fennel and velvety saffron velouté

About the Performance
The show is specially created for UKK’s audience and is only shown on four evenings during Christmas 2025. On stage are some of Northern Europe’s top circus artists – and at the table, you enjoy a luxurious five-course menu with all the Christmas trimmings, and a few surprises.
The evening’s hosts are Peter Åberg – nationally renowned juggler and memory artist – and the Finnish acrobat duo Lotta & Stina, who with irresistible charm, instant audience contact and incredible tricks, lead us through an elegant and wintry shimmering evening. It mixes memory magic with balancing acts, physical comedy and other world-class stagecraft. Style meets wonder – but nothing is quite as it first seems. The whole room is put to use, and antics await in every corner. Who knows – maybe you’ll have a circus performer at your table?

The direction is led by two of Cirkus Cirkör’s most experienced creators: Saara Ahola, aerial acrobat, set designer, costume designer, and artistic director for Cirkör Event, and Jesper Nikolajeff, circus artist, knife thrower (!), and technical designer. Both are part of Cirkus Cirkör’s artistic council and have extensive experience in creating unique and site-specific performances on new stages.
These evenings at UKK in December offer an experience beyond the ordinary – where the Christmas table becomes a stage, the audience becomes co-players and anything can happen…
