Here you can see our conference menus. We offer day conference packages that include morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as lunch. Below that, you will also find our daily lunch menu. Combine with something from the beverage menu.

Dinner

The dinner menu is inspired by the season and highlights the ingredients. Served in flexible venues where you can create the right atmosphere – party, banquet, gathering. Combine a one, two, or three-course dinner and feel free to start with a pre-dinner drink in the sky bar with a view over Uppsala.

Allergies and Special Diets

We do our best to accommodate orders for vegetarian meals, requests for special diets due to allergies and/or medical reasons. We are unable to accommodate requests for special diets for different diet models.

Since we prepare many different meals in our kitchen every day, traces of nuts, gluten, and lactose may occur even in special diets. We do not offer halal or kosher as we cannot guarantee that ingredients have been stored and handled correctly.
