Dinner in the restaurant
You are welcome to pre-book our concert menu which includes a two-course dinner with starter and main course for SEK 375 per person. Drinks and dessert are available for purchase on site. Current menus can be found below.
Pre-orders can be made until 14:00 the day before the event.
Concert menu 2026
Januari-mars
Laxtartlette & Coq au vin
- Cold smoked salmon, shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon, dill, horseradish and red onion
- Swedish farmhouse rooster, red wine, mushrooms, onions, pork belly, broccoli and mashed potatoes
Green alternative
- Tartlet with roasted cauliflower, mayonnaise, truffles and pickled carrot
- Portabello, red wine, mushroom, onion, broccoli, smoked tofu and potato puree
April-juni
Anchovy & char
- Duck leg confit, pears, pickled onions, cornichons, figs, cognac and brioche
- Char, herb-slung potato, bean salad, white wine sauce and garlic oil

- Mushroom confit, onions, pears, figs, cognac and brioche
- Tempura vegetables, garlic mayonnaise, beans, rice paper and cabbage
Juli-september
S.O.S. and venison steaks
- 3 kinds of herring, Swedish cheeses, butter, soft bread & hard bread
- Moose and veal steak, chanterelle sauce, broad beans, lingonberries, sugar snaps and root vegetables

Oktober-december
Crayfish cheesecake & braised ox cheek
- Crayfish tails, cream cheese, horseradish, dill and rye bread

Information
The restaurant opens and serves food from 17:00 unless otherwise stated.
Starters are available from a buffet station where you can also pick up bread, butter and soup. The main course is served at the table, and drinks and desserts are available for purchase on site. Pre-booking can be done via the link above, or via the ticket link on the respective performance page.
*The concert menuis served in connection with most performances in the Great Hall. If your performance is not listed, it means that the menu will not be served that evening.

Bars
We have bars adjacent to each concert hall. We always serve a range of drinks and light snacks such as sandwiches, snacks, coffee, beer, wine and soft drinks. For children’s performances, we also serve hot dogs or pancakes. The selection may vary depending on the performance. Welcome!
The bars open one hour before the performance begins and also remain open during any intermission.
