Buying Tickets

Here you will find everything you need to know about how to buy tickets for events at Uppsala Konsert & Kongress. A safe and easy guide that helps you all the way to the experience.

All about buying tickets at UKK

Here at ukk.se tickets are sold around the clock, every day! You can choose between having your ticket sent directly to you by email or printed and sent to you by post for a postage fee. You also have several different payment methods to choose from, depending on what suits you best: debit or credit card, direct payment via online banking, Swish for those on the go, or advance invoice if, for example, you need to collect money from your friends before paying.

Uppsala Concert & Congress is a cashless facility.

Elektronisk biljett i mobilen

When you purchase tickets at ukk.se, you receive them directly in your email or in your mobile digital wallet. If you prefer to print your ticket, that’s perfectly fine. If you lose the email, you can easily download your ticket again at download.tickster.com using your reference number. Simply show your ticket on your mobile or paper at the entrance, and we’ll scan the QR code to welcome you in.

Biljettkassa och reception

At Uppsala Concert & Congress reception, you can purchase tickets for our events. Here you can also buy gift cards and get more information about the program. See current opening hours here.

Rullstolsplatser

Adapted seats for wheelchairs are available in all our premises. These tickets cannot be purchased in the online shop but must be booked through the box office, so that the seats are reserved for visitors who need them. Please contact the box office at biljettkassa@ukk.se or on tel. 018-727 90 00. Accompanying persons can come free of charge subject to availability, but require a ticket – accompanying person tickets are also booked via the ticket office.

Tickster – vår biljettpartner

You can also buy tickets via Tickster 0771-47 70 70 or www.tickster.com. Tickster’s customer service team can help with most types of ticketing issues.

Serviceavgifter

The service fee is the portion of the ticket price that covers UKK’s license and staff costs.
The service fee is 35 SEK per ticket (excluding complimentary tickets). The service fee is non-refundable in case of a return.

Buying Second-hand Tickets

We strongly advise against buying tickets on the secondary market. If you have purchased invalid second-hand tickets, you as the ticket buyer need to file a complaint with your bank and report it to the Police and ARN (Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes). Uppsala Concert & Congress takes no responsibility for tickets purchased second-hand.

Selling Purchased Tickets

If you are no longer able to use the ticket you purchased from us, you are free to resell it to someone else as the ticket is not personal. Uppsala Concert & Congress does not buy back already purchased tickets.

Event Insurance via Mysafety

If you or your babysitter gets sick, if you’re stuck in train traffic, or if you have an accident. With Mysafety’s Event Insurance, you can get your money back if something unexpected happens after you’ve purchased tickets to an event. The insurance is offered as an optional add-on from Mysafety in the web shop when you buy tickets online.

Here you will find the insurance terms and conditions, fact sheets and pre-purchase information for Event Insurance
