Uppsala Konsert & Kongress (UKK) opened in 2007 and is now one of Sweden’s leading venues for music, culture, and events. Artists such as Angelique Kidjo, Youssou N’Dour, Lisa Nilsson, Labyrint, and Watain have performed here.

We organize everything from small conferences to large conventions with up to 3,000 attendees. In addition to concerts and meetings, we also host popular events such as design markets, food and wine fairs, and the traditional herring lunch on the last day of April.

Job Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who is nearing the end of their education and wants to gain practical experience in content production, graphic design, and event marketing.

With us, you’ll work in a creative environment that includes both concerts and conferences. Together with your colleagues in the marketing department, you’ll be responsible for, among other things:

• Create graphic design materials for the website, newsletters, and campaigns
• Work with signage and printed materials
• Contribute to audience engagement by identifying target audiences, networks, and potential partners
• Create content for our social media channels, such as videos, Reels, and photos
• Film and edit footage from concerts, events, and meetings
• Monitor the business environment, track trends, and contribute ideas for content

You’ll work closely with your colleagues in the marketing department in a varied day-to-day role, where you’ll have the opportunity to try your hand at different aspects of marketing and communications.

We’d like you to be creative, self-motivated, and interested in social media and content production. An interest in culture and music, as well as curiosity about B2B marketing, is a plus.

Your internship must last at least ten weeks, but we can also accept interns for up to a full semester.
