Market Dialogue Ahead of Future Development

Uppsala Konsert & Kongress is conducting an RFI (Request for Information) to gauge market interest and gather information in preparation for the future development of the restaurant and F&B operations at UKK.

The restaurant operations are currently managed in-house. Through an RFI, UKK aims to explore the feasibility of outsourcing all or part of the operations and gain a better understanding of potential business models, the division of responsibilities, and opportunities for development.

UKK is seeking to engage in dialogue with stakeholders who have experience in the restaurant and F&B industry, preferably in combination with conferences, conventions, events, and other public settings.

The RFI is a market dialogue, not a procurement process. UKK has not made any decision regarding the future operating model.
