About the Performance

Experience a charged encounter between two of fusion music’s leading virtuosos. British guitarist Jack Gardiner and Swedish bassist Henrik Linder are among the most acclaimed names in the new generation of instrumental music.

Jack Gardiner is internationally renowned for his precise and melodically strong guitar playing. He switches seamlessly between fusion, progressive rock and modern improvisational music. Since his teens, Jack has built a career as a solo artist, studio musician and educator. He has toured Europe and Japan and has been hailed by Guitar World magazine as one of the most exciting contemporary guitarists in his field.

Henrik Linder has also established himself as one of the most sought-after electric bassists in fusion. He plays a six-string bass, mixing slap bass with extremely fast jazz lines, but with harmony and melody playing a prominent role. As a member of the Swedish trio Dirty Loops, he has helped bring fusion music to a wider audience.

Joining them as special deluxe guests are two highly respected guitarists on the modern metal scene: Brazilian Kiko Loureiro (Angra, Megadeth) and Swedish Per Nilsson (Scar Symmetry, Meshuggah).
The band is completed by Jonathan Lundberg on drums and Isak Åberg on keyboards.
