On March 19–20, 2027, Uppsala Konsert & Kongress will once again be filled with fine wines, delicious delicacies, and people who love discovering new flavors. This year, there’s even more to see, taste, and experience! With a brand-new lecture series included in the admission ticket and an exclusive champagne tasting, we’re stepping it up to an even more enjoyable food and wine festival.

About the Wine Festival
Start your weekend with a glass of bubbly, discover a new favorite wine, or sample a variety of cheeses, oysters, and other delicacies. At Uppsala Vin & Deli, food and drink lovers come together—from curious beginners to true wine connoisseurs.
Here you can try new flavors, chat with the people behind the products, and enjoy some time with friends. Come for the wine, the food, or just to have a really nice evening!
Lectures & Tastings
New for 2027 is a series of lectures that adds even more to the experience. You’ll find exciting encounters, new knowledge, and practical tips that make exploring the world of food and drink even more fun.
All lectures are included in the admission ticket and are held both in the morning and afternoon on Saturday, so no matter what time slot you book, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the entire program.
We are also introducing a new, exclusive champagne tasting. The remaining tastings on Friday and Saturday will be announced later. The tastings are not included in the admission ticket and must be booked separately.

Exclusive champagne tasting with Fredrik Schelin
Join champagne expert Fredrik Schelin on a tasting journey through Champagne! During an exclusive tasting, you’ll discover eight carefully selected champagnes, ranging from crisp and elegant to full-bodied and complex. Fredrik will guide you through different styles, grape varieties, and origins, sharing his knowledge and personal experiences from the region. An experience for anyone who wants to discover more of the fascinating world of champagne.
